Health Group Insurance does not operate as a Multiple Employer Welfare Arrangement (MEWA). Member Premium Reserve accounts are a structural feature of Enough! Health Insurance plans and are not separate investment products. Member Premium Reserve balances are spendable on qualified care under the terms of the plan, including after employment ends where the plan provides a spend-down period, and cannot be withdrawn as cash.
