Who we are

Open Enrollment, Inc. does business as Enough! Health Group Insurance. Enough! Health Administrators administers the CHOICE Arrangement and QSEHRA for employers.

Licensing

Enough! Health Administrators is a licensed third-party administrator. Licensing varies by state. Some states require a separate license or registration to administer a health reimbursement arrangement. We confirm licensing for your state before your plan starts.

We do not sell insurance. Employees who want help choosing a plan work with a licensed insurance agency.

Affiliation and choice of plan

Employees may choose any qualifying individual health plan; the employer does not select or endorse any carrier or plan. Enough! Health Insurance is an affiliate of Enough! Health Administrators. Its plans are not yet offered, will be available only where approved by state regulators, and when offered will appear on the same list as every other qualifying plan, ranked by the same rule. Marsh McLennan Agency is an independent licensed insurance agency and may be paid by insurance carriers. Employees offered an affordable CHOICE Arrangement cannot claim premium tax credits; employees offered one that is not affordable may opt out and claim them. Enough! How we are paid

Employers pay our published fees: $45 per eligible employee per month for a CHOICE Arrangement and $35 for a QSEHRA. Enough! Health Administrators takes no commission from insurance carriers.

Other products

Plan Enough! self-funded plans and captive group plans are subject to state licensing and regulatory approval. They are not offered in every state.
