This policy covers enoughhealthgroup.com. The site is run by Open Enrollment, Inc. Enough! Health Group Insurance is its trade name. "We" means Open Enrollment, Inc.
What we collect
- What you type into a form. Our forms ask for your name, work email, phone, company, employer size, states, current plan, the products you are interested in, your broker, and a message. The QSEHRA setup form also asks for your company's legal name, EIN, entity type, owners, headcount, payroll provider and plan choices.
- What your browser sends. This includes pages viewed, the page that referred you, campaign tags in the link (utm values), device and browser type, and an approximate location from your IP address.
- What our tools record. We use PostHog to see how the site is used. We use the Meta, TikTok and X pixels to measure our ads. These tools set cookies or similar identifiers.
We do not ask for health information on this site. Please do not send it in a message.
How we use it
- To reply to you and prepare the numbers you asked for.
- To set up the CHOICE Arrangement or QSEHRA you sign up for.
- To send you emails about our services. You can unsubscribe from any of them.
- To understand which pages and ads work, and to improve the site.
- To meet legal duties and protect against fraud.
Who we share it with
- Service providers who run tools for us. These include our CRM (GoHighLevel), our hosting provider (Amazon Web Services), PostHog, and the ad platforms named above. They use the data only to provide their service to us.
- The licensed insurance agency we work with, when you ask for help choosing coverage.
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep lead information while we are talking with you and for up to three years after our last contact, unless you become a client. Client records are kept as our service agreement and the law require.
Your choices
- Ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you.
- Unsubscribe from our emails with the link in any email.
- Block or clear cookies in your browser. The site still works without them.

Children
This site is for employers and brokers. It is not meant for anyone under 18.
