These terms cover your use of enoughhealthgroup.com. The site is run by Open Enrollment, Inc., which does business as Enough! Health Group Insurance. By using the site, you agree to these terms.

What the site is

The site describes our services for employers and brokers. It includes a savings calculator and forms to contact us. It is general information. It is not tax, legal or insurance advice for your situation.

What the site is not

• It is not an offer of insurance. We do not sell or recommend health plans on this site.
• It is not a contract for services. A CHOICE Arrangement or QSEHRA starts only when you sign our service agreement. That agreement controls if it differs from this page.
• The calculator shows estimates from the numbers you enter. Your real costs depend on your employees, the plans they choose and your plan design.

Prices

Our published fees are $45 per eligible employee per month for a CHOICE Arrangement and $35 for a QSEHRA. Your service agreement states the fees that apply to you.

Your use of the site

• Give us accurate information when you fill in a form.
• Do not try to break, overload or copy the site, or use it for anything unlawful.
• Do not send health information through our forms.

Our content

The text, design and logos on this site belong to Open Enrollment, Inc. You may share links to it. Do not copy it for commercial use without our written permission.

Some links go to other companies, such as our booking page. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

No warranty

Governing law

These terms are governed by Missouri law. Disputes go to the state or federal courts in Jackson County, Missouri.
